Use of TaskTenant
TaskTenant provides software for coordinating rental property maintenance requests, approvals, contractor quotes, scheduling, and repair records. Users agree to provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful maintenance-related purposes.
Accounts and Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account access. Property owners and managers are responsible for inviting appropriate tenants, contractors, and team members.
Repair Requests and Contractor Work
TaskTenant helps route information between users but does not perform repair work. Landlords, property managers, and contractors are responsible for quotes, approvals, scheduling, workmanship, payment terms, and compliance with applicable laws.
Subscriptions and Fees
Paid plans may include monthly subscription fees and, for some plans, transaction fees on contractor labor processed through the platform. Plan details may change as the product evolves.
Acceptable Use
Users may not upload unlawful, abusive, misleading, or unrelated content. Users should not upload sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the repair workflow.
Service Changes
TaskTenant may update, improve, pause, or discontinue parts of the service as the product develops. We aim to communicate material changes clearly to active users.
