Repair information may be shared with the tenant, landlord, property manager, assigned contractor, and service providers that help operate the platform. We do not sell personal information.

SMS / Text Messaging Communications

If you opt in to receive SMS text messages from TaskTenant, you will receive messages related to maintenance requests, quotes, approvals, and scheduling. Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You can request help at any time by replying HELP, or by contacting us through the demo/contact form on this site.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so users should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information in repair descriptions or photos.
